Daniela helped me buy 70 Smith, sell it, and buy 304 N. Midland, all in the space of about 8 months. The sale of 70 Smith Ave. occurred during a downturn in the market. Yet, I was never without a potential buyer until the perfect one came along (within a few weeks) and the deal was made.
